I made these last night and Pete helped me at the end and enjoyed eating them with me. They were YUMMY! I got the recipe from The Kitchn. I hard boiled a couple of eggs and cut them into thirds and put them in some of the buns with a small amount of the pork filling. I also added mushroom to the filling and was quite happy about the results.
